Hard work will get you the respect and determination. The worker are humble with great advice to help you advance as a better employee. Those are qualities that matter the most for me. Especially having a handful of reliable mentor and trustworthy workers. The job ain t no joke so if you like to chill and trying earn money by relaxing this ain t the work for you.
