As a long-time customer of East Boise Cnty Ambulance Dst, I can confidently say that their service is average at best. While they do provide the necessary transportation for medical emergencies, their response time could definitely be improved. I have had instances where it took longer than expected for the ambulance to arrive, causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. The professionalism of the staff also leaves something to be desired, as there have been instances where they seemed disorganized and lacking in communication. Overall, while they get the job done, there is definitely room for improvement.
