I have had a mixed experience with Hearth group. While some of their products are good, others have been disappointing. The customer service is average, and they sometimes take too long to address concerns. However, there have been instances where they have gone above and beyond to resolve issues. Overall, I would say that Hearth group is worth considering but with some caution.
