The process... go to the showroom and let them know what you are looking for in a mattress and what you need for your body. There are many choices. Don t rush. Take your time ... after all... the choice you make can be with you for ten or more years! You order and it will take 3-4 weeks for them to let you know it s ready for delivery and to make an appointment. Once that happens you have 45 days to try it out... we are hoping this will work for my husband s back problems. Will keep you posted! #americaninthenetherlands
