Commtel is an average company. The services they provide are satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. I have been a customer for a few months now, and while I haven't had any major issues, I also haven't been particularly impressed. The website is decent but could use some improvements. Overall, I am neither thrilled nor disappointed with Commtel.
