I had an average experience with Bilim media group. The staff was helpful, but the overall service could have been better. It took a bit longer than expected to get a response to my inquiry. However, once I received a response, they provided the information I needed. The website needs improvement as it is not user-friendly. I hope they can make the necessary changes to enhance the user experience.
