I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Essex, Vermont's Culinary Resort & Spa and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. However, I was slightly disappointed with the selection of food options at the on-site restaurant. Overall, it was a decent stay.
