I recently engaged a consulting firm to help me improve my business operations. ECCA Consulting was recommended to me by a friend, and I decided to give them a try. I must say that my experience with them has been average. While they did provide me with some valuable insights, I felt that their solutions were not tailored to my specific needs. The communication with their team was also not very smooth, with delays in response times. Overall, I think ECCA Consulting has potential, but there is room for improvement.
