I had mixed feelings about my experience with COCOPELLi. While their customer service was great, the quality of the products was below average. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was a breeze. However, when the package arrived, I was disappointed with the overall look and feel of the products. The colors were not as vibrant as advertised, and the material felt cheap. I expected better considering the price. Hopefully, COCOPELLi takes customer feedback seriously and improves their product quality.
