Since Post Acute Partners have taken over Elderwood Senior Care in upstate New York the company has gone down hill. Employees are miserable and the work loads have doubled. Employees are looked down upon and treated poorly. Most long term employees have been fired for false accusations to save on benefits or have moved on to better companies. The ones left are counting the days until retirement or looking for new employment. The previous owner was very successful made a lot of money and knew how to treat his employees! Just because you are wealthy does not mean you are better than the rest of lower and middle class.
