Hands down this is the best Delaware company formation service out there. No other company formation service can match their speed and I doubt any other service would take the time to answer all my questions like they did. Besides their stellar service, I'd commend them on their straight forward pricing methods. When comparing fees I found that other companies lower their base price but then tack on hidden fees you only find out about afterwards. On the other hand Harvard Business Services includes all the fees in their package price so you know your overall cost upfront. On top of that HBS is the only company that I've found that guarantees a $50/year Registered Agent fee for the life of my company, so I know I'll also be saving a ton of money in the long run. If you take the time to compare other services like I did, you'll know this is the best service for the best price.
