I recently had a mixed experience with BNET. While their website is user-friendly and the products are of good quality, their customer support needs improvement. It took them quite some time to respond to my queries, and the resolution provided was not satisfactory. Nevertheless, I appreciate their efforts to rectify the issue eventually.
