Very unprofessional. The company I was working for was closing. Someone told the recruiter in good faith 2 days before our company announcement why they was looking. They contacted the entire company that was listed on LinkedIn the morning/2hrs before our announcement and told them we was closing.

Against my better judgment... A few months later I let them apply to a few positions for me which was a mistake. Several company s have told me if I would of applied directly I would of had a chance let alone the job for being a great fit. They just don t like the aegis staff and the horror stories of how they have treated people. I know this due to my subcontracting with many of the companies that I was applied to.
