I had an average experience at Joannagregores.com. While the staff was friendly, I wasn't completely satisfied with the outcome of my hair color. It wasn't exactly what I had envisioned, and there were a few minor issues. However, the salon was clean and well-maintained, and the overall service was decent. It was an okay experience.
