I had an average experience with Matrix-Design & Kommunikation. The website they designed for me was functional and met my requirements, but there were some issues with communication. It took longer than expected to receive responses to my queries, which was frustrating at times. The rates were reasonable, but I expected better communication and customer service. Overall, an average experience.
