Worked with Sam who was really committed to helping me find the perfect sapphire and setting. After the Sapphire we had selected turned out to be unavailable he spent a lot of time trying to find alternatives and was also able to adjust the setting to exactly what we wanted. We were also communicating from Australia to New York but the time difference didn t matter he was prompt and attentive throughout. Any small hiccup was smoothed over quickly and the communication was outstanding. I now have my beautiful peach sapphire wedding anniversary / baby ring and very happy. Thank you and would definitely use TNSC for future precious gem jewellery purchases.....which I am already planning....my husband just doesn t know that yet!
