I am a CUSTOMER of Yuanta. I have been using their services for a while now and I must say that my experience has been average. The website is easy to navigate and the customer service is satisfactory. However, I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of the user interface and the range of investment options available. Overall, I would rate Yuanta as an average company.
