I recently purchased a new computer from this company and overall, my experience was okay. 😐 The website was easy to navigate and find the products I was looking for. The ordering process was smooth and the delivery was on time. However, I had some issues with the product itself. 🤔 The performance of the computer was average and it didn't meet my expectations considering its price. Additionally, I encountered some technical glitches 🙄 and had to contact customer support, who was helpful but the issue took longer than expected to resolve. The customer service experience was decent, but nothing exceptional. 💁‍♀️ Overall, this company has room for improvement in terms of product quality and technical support.👍👎
