Boy oh boy where do i start. First off let me make sure whoever is reading this is sitting down. I'm about to put a load of goodness on you. Now that you're sitting down here goes it. Jason was nothing but professional, knowledgeable and comfortable to be around. He made this experience of buying a car feel like a crisp summer breeze. I even forgot multiple times through this that i was actually buying a car. He took time out of his day to wait on me who was very very on the fence of purchasing a vehicle when there were a lot of other customers who were ready to buy. I took forever and let me repeat forever to make a decision on the exact car i wanted. I had a million and one questions and every one of them he had an answer for. I can and will openly admit that i was a very difficult customer. Jason if very good at his profession and it shows. He seemed to light a car buying spark in me i didn't know i had. It took probably 6 hours from beginning to end to purchase my new truck. From the get go he made sure that each choice i made i was completely secure with no matter how many of them i had and how many different time i changed my mind. We test drove the truck i ended up purchasing and while doing so he was informing me on all the capabilities/options this specific model had . He also compared the lower model and higher model of this truck to the one we were looking at. It made my unsure mind feel completely sure and confident in the decision i was making. I was in an extreme negative equity situation Jason and his manager (shout out: Jeff Barnes) helped me immensely with getting a fantastic deal. All and all i left a very happy car buyer. Along with feeling extremely happy and confident in my decision and i happily make my payment every month reminding me of Jason the great. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend specifically asking for Mr.Jason Heard.
