We were 90% sure that we wanted to purchase the new Avalon, but Rich Stas and his manager made us 100% certain! Rich explained all the new features on the vehicle and helped us make up our minds. He also went above and beyond his salesman duties to go hunting for valve stem covers that were missing from the tires and even offered to pick up our title from our house so we wouldn't have to make the drive back down! We also worked with Sifiso Nhlapo to finalize all the paperwork and what a very patient and understanding young man he was. Both men were a pleasure to work with! All in all a very good car buying experience.
