I recently purchased some medical equipment from this company and was pleased with the overall experience. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the product information to be clear and helpful. The purchasing process was smooth, and my order arrived in a reasonable amount of time. However, I did encounter some issues with the customer service. The response time to my inquiries was slower than expected, and I felt that my concerns were not fully addressed. While the quality of the equipment was satisfactory, I believe that the customer service experience could have been improved. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would consider buying from them again if I needed more medical equipment in the future.
