If there is rude and disrespectful customer service, it is Airtel Congo customer service. I'm calling for a problem with call restrictions due to the fact that my number is not identified. The nonsense is that the sim was bought from the general management and it is the agent Airtel made the error. The agent wants me to redo the trip when the fault is at their level. I ask to speak to the Manager and he refuses. My rating is simple NONE or -5/500. You have to put people respectful and honest. The customer is King, dear Airtel.
