While the products offered on the website showed promise, the overall experience was underwhelming. The packaging was beautiful and felt luxurious, but the quality of the actual products did not live up to expectations. The customer service was responsive but did not fully address my concerns. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to browse and purchase, but the shipping time was longer than anticipated. Overall, my experience was average. I would consider trying the products again, but I hope to see improvements in product quality and customer service in the future.
