I recently had the pleasure of visiting a farm in Columbia County, New York. It was an eye-opening experience to learn about sustainable farming and the importance of organic produce. The staff at Hawthorne Valley Farm were incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. The farm store had a great selection of fresh products and I couldn't resist buying some tasty treats.
