I recently worked with a promotional modeling agency based in the UK for an event, and while the experience was generally positive, there were some areas that could be improved. The booking process was simple and straightforward, and the models provided were professional and friendly. However, I found the communication from the company to be a bit lacking at times, which caused some confusion leading up to the event. Additionally, the website could benefit from more detailed information about the models and their experience. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would consider working with them again if the communication and website were improved.
