I don't know where to start with this company. I have been forced to work with them as our HOA uses them to manage our development. They are the lowest level management you could find in any city anywhere. They take months to do the smallest projects but when you have an extra propane tank out on your deck or left your muddy work boots out they are sure to fine you to collect their $$$ DO NOT buy a home that uses this company to manage your property. I can promise you your better off managing whatever it is on your own. Do your research first.
