The recent experience with K-made s.a.r.l. was average. The product I received was of decent quality but did not meet my expectations. The customer service was not very responsive, and it took them a while to address my concerns. However, the delivery was on time, and the packaging was good. I may consider buying from them again, but I hope to see improvements in their customer service.
