Went in not too long ago to ask for some simple ad...

Went in not too long ago to ask for some simple advice at the Tallahassee office and the person up front (I'm assuming the secretary, there wasn't a name tag and she didn't offer her name) was extremely rude. I asked a very basic question on how to receive a service they offered. I prefer not to go in to detail for personal reasons. She gave me a short "email us". When I told her I had already done that and got no response she let out a soft laugh and replied with "well, it really isn't my problem then, is it?" and went back to her computer.

I can't even imagine how they expect to get any people to work with them when this is how their front-desk treats their potential clients. Terrible service. I went elsewhere and was treated far better.
