Called a dealership closer to my location to buy a heater hose for my 03 Durango they didn't have it in stock, so they gave me a part number and the number of the Troncolli location, they promtly shipped me the the wrong part, even though it was a couple of years ago , I called and asked to get a refund for it, they said bring it to us, but of course the invoice read no return, no can do, well what am I supposed to do with it? He said to use it, I said on what? It wasn't the part, I drive an hour up there just to hear that, it's still brand new in the bag and the box, the professional thing to do is refund for the wrong part, very unprofessional !!!
