After more than a year I stopped by again after a bad hamburger.
Still not enthusiastic. Menu of the day ordered: starter leek soup, main dish fried gurnard. Leek soup was decent, slightly corny. The gurnard was well prepared, but unfortunately on a bed with overcooked, soggy vegetables, with unappetizing fried potatoes (seemed to have been reheated a few times). The bowl of coleslaw was a miss with the fish. More something with a hamburger, but even with a suitable dressing ......
When I am back in Den Helder I try another restaurant.
