I had to go to this facility twice within a week and both times it was a very positive experience. Initial paper work was not complicated, only three very logical, short, straightforward forms. The front desk staff was very polite and welcoming, the nurse was friendly and professional. Short waiting times. The doctor saw me almost immediately. He reassured me in my concerns and though I felt very bad, it turned to be just a UTI.
I had to come back in 6 days, because my infection turned into some complications. I got same fast and positive acceptance, the doctor ordered a chest X-ray which was performed in no time and I was given a breathing treatment which helped a lot.
It is very convenient and beneficiary that such type of patient care can be rendered immediately. In a hospital it would take several long hours, if not another day appointment to get this.
I liked a lot that the stuff was very clear about what to expect payment and insurance wise, so no surprises.
It is very convenient that you can buy some medications right there, unless you want to utilize your insurance, if you have.
I am very satisfied with their care and though it is somewhat far from where I live, I'd rather take a trip to this place when needed.
