Your driver, Mr McClain (forgot his first name) is a life saver. After receiving incorrect info from one of your tour guides earlier that day, he helped us by dropping us off at the corner of our lakeshore hotel (allerton warwick). As he corrected the info on the limited stops this evening, i'm sure he could see the panic in my eyes of having to walk from navy pier at 945pm with my mother, a sleeping arm baby and a 7year old.
