Endemol Portugal has been an amazing company to work for. The work environment is friendly and supportive, and the team members are talented and dedicated. The management values employee input and encourages professional growth. The projects are interesting and challenging. The only downside is the workload, which can be overwhelming at times. However, the overall experience has been fantastic, and I'm proud to be part of the Endemol Portugal team.
