I have been a resident of this homeowners' association for a few years now and have had nothing but positive experiences. The community is well-maintained and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only suggestion I would have for improvement is better communication regarding upcoming events. Overall, I rate Broad Creek Homeowners' Association as great.
