This company uses debt collection tactics that are direct violations of fair debt collection laws.
IF YOU ARE ALREADY IN A CONTRACT WITH THEM - I STRONGLY SUGGEST RECORDING THE CALLS WITH THE COLLECTORS.
I specifically told a collector to stop calling me and any people listed as references. I also specifically told that same collector to stop coming to my home office.
I told them that their collection activities were preventing me from working and costing me money.
Then that collector told me that the calls and visits will still continue. THIS IS AFTER I TOLD THEM TO STOP.
Then I told that same debt collector that I was recording the call as proof that I did tell them to stop.

If they decide to take me to court - that recording will be with me.

The location that my contract is with is the western finance in Athens Texas.
