For sure one of the worst security companys out there in the GTA. VP protection is literally garbage, they hire anyone as long as you have a security license, they dont care about your experience and will pay you minimum wage regardless. They overcharge you for their cheap chinese low quality uniform in order to make money off their guards. They provide pants that dont even have cargo pockets. They charge for training which doesnt even make sense because you are taking time out of your life only to get deducted from your paycheque for mandatory training . The management is terrible and rude to their own guards and do not know how to run scheduling.

Save yourself and never work for them.
