I have been working out at different Crossfit boxes for over five years and Kelly(owner) and his team blew away the competition! Their expertise was fantastic and coaching was done in a laid-back, friendly manner. Even the other crossfitters there were friendly. There was not any of that macho, I lift heavier than you, therefore I'm first to the water fountain kinda nonsense! The facility is awesome too with all the cool crossfit and fitness toys anybody could wish for. I have been coming and going from Atlanta for the past four months and see myself going nowhere else than Crossfit RX.
