Absolutely shocking service. These guys have been our property managers for around 18 months and they have done an absolutely appalling job in that time. The whole point of paying for this service is so I don't have to worry about managing the property myself. However my husband and I seem to have to take it in turns to constantly chase them to do thier jobs. My current issue is needing to chase them up for 2 weeks to book in a repair man. If I have to chase someone up for two weeks, I could have booked in the repair man myself! Not exactly sure what they are being paid for. And calling them or emailing them is a job on its own because a response is rare!! We have had multiple similar issues in the past. Might be time for a change.
