The service provided by Householdmax is average. While they do deliver their products on time, the quality is not always up to par. I have had a few instances where the items I received were damaged or of poor quality. The customer service team was helpful in resolving these issues, but overall I think there is room for improvement. I hope to see better products and services from Householdmax in the future.
