I've had a mixed experience with The Upgrade Society. While their website is easy to use and they have a good selection of products, I've encountered some issues with their customer service. There have been delays in response and some of my inquiries were not properly addressed. However, I appreciate the effort they put into resolving the issues eventually. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
