I recently had a disappointing experience with Hotelreservations.com. The booking process was confusing, and the website interface was not intuitive. I faced several difficulties while trying to find and book a hotel. The customer support was also unhelpful and took a long time to respond. I would not recommend using this website for hotel bookings.
