I had some mixed feelings about Pippops. While their products are good, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time for them to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, the answers weren't very helpful. However, their website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Overall, my experience with Pippops was just average.
