Not great when it comes to refunds... like a lot ...

Not great when it comes to refunds... like a lot of people we couldn't go on holiday due to lockdown. I spent hours on the phone and emails and eventually was promised a refund which never materialised. Ended up using charge back via my bank to get my money back.
