We purchased a Certified Used 2013 Ford Focus SE for my daughter from Jordan's. Sean O'Connell helped us with this purchase, which was the 2nd vehicle we have purchased with his assistance. The process went smoothly from beginning to end.

We weren't sure exactly what we were looking for at first as we were trying to decide whether to purchase a budget car or a newer car at a higher amount. Sean was patient with us through the entire process, making sure to have a different salesperson available to help out with test drives if he was booked with a different customer. We test drove quite a few cars, and traded many emails over the course of about a month. Sean never made us feel pressured to make a purchase and really made the car buying process enjoyable.

Sean's attention to our needs, plus the way the Jordan dealership approaches the sales process, means we will return again the next time we need to purchase a car and fully recommend both Sean and Jordan's.
