I hate giving this place a 3 star review because the food was delicious. The duck was phenomenal. However, we had 8pm reservations. We were arrived 10 minutes early and were seated 12 minutes late. Our server came to take our order, which we were not ready for, which is fine, but coming back took forever. We ordered, and our appetizer came out promptly, and it was delicious! 40 minutes later, our dinners came. They, too were delicious. I could forgive it all and still be thrilled if they showed any hint that they recognized how long everything took. Either this is the norm and I need to get with the program or they need to be more conscious of being proactive with their customer service. For the price and the level of restaurant they seem to want to be, the latter seems most likely.
