I have mixed feelings about Bassam Waw. On one hand, the products are of good quality and I've had no issues with my purchases so far. On the other hand, their customer service could use some improvement. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response, and the staff can be a bit unhelpful. It's not a bad company, but there's definitely room for improvement.
