I am a customer of SureSafe Alarms UK and I must say their service is average. I recently purchased their personal alarm and although it does the job, I expected it to be of better quality. The range is not as far as advertised which is a bit disappointing. Nevertheless, it provides me with a sense of security and I appreciate it. Overall, I would rate their products and service as average.
