The service we recieved was amazing. The dentist who saw myself and my kids was awesome and the dental assistants were very nice and patient with my children. Everything was extremely clean and organized. I definitely would recommend Gentle Dentistry.
Unfortunately the reason I gave them a 4 is because someone at the front desk failed to tell me they are not in network with my insurance and I had a bill. I called in advance to ask them if they did take my insurance and they insured me they did. So of course I went to use them. I was under the impression I wasn't going to receive a bill for my bi-yearly cleanings so when I did I was a tad ticked. Sure, now I know to call my insurance in advance to make sure a dentist is in network, but at the same time people who work at their job should know who they are in network with.

All in all Gentle Dentistry was a great place and I DO recommend to anyone.
