I have been a customer of Jr Research for a while ...

I have been a customer of Jr Research for a while now and I can say that they are pretty average. The reports they provide are decent, but there's nothing extraordinary about them. The customer service is okay, but nothing to write home about. I'm not entirely impressed with Jr Research.
