Love living in Conifer. Maintenance is always very attentive and timely, and the staff is also super helpful. Shout out to Meghan for helping me track down a misplaced package!
You get a lot for what you pay for, and also if you take the GVSU bus system, you usually get dibs on seating in the morning, because the next few stops the buses get jammed, and sometimes they wont let you on if it is too full, making you potentially late. Would definitely recommend living here :)
